Yes. You open a tab at the start of the session. Every new order from that table is added to the tab. At the end, you close the tab and the guest settles the total.
How is the age verification documented?
When a tobacco item is added, the POS shows an age verification prompt. Staff confirm with their PIN that they have checked ID. The confirmation is saved with timestamp in the transaction log.
Can I track hookah refills per table?
Yes. You add the refill as a product to the tab. The dashboard shows each table's refill count. If you want automatic refill reminders, you can set a time rule — for example, alert after 45 minutes.
