The ordering system for burger restaurants
Burger concepts earn on meal deals, not single items. Platforms still take 30 % of the whole bill. GastroSystem gives you a meal builder, automatic upsells and your own order system that keeps every euro of the full bill.
What many burger restaurants know too well
- Lieferando takes 30% on every order: on an €18 burger meal only €12.60 remains after commission — before any other cost
- Combo upsell (burger + fries + drink) is awkward or impossible to configure on delivery platforms
- Walk-in and take-away need fast till processing, not a slow platform interface
- Smash burger, double patty, cheese sauce vs. ketchup — individual configuration fails over the phone
- No customer data from platform orders; no loyalty programme possible
- High fixed costs (grill, staff, cold chain) demand full margin on every revenue euro
How GastroSystem solves this
Menu builder with combo upsell
Create combo groups: burger + side (fries, sweet potato, salad) + drink (330 ml, 500 ml, shake) — each combination with its own price. The system automatically suggests an upgrade at checkout: 'Upgrade to large for €1.50?' Combo upsell increases the average order value without additional staff.
Patty and topping configuration
Configure single, double, triple patty with individual surcharges. Toppings as mandatory choice (cheese type) or optional extras (extra bacon, jalapeños, avocado). 'No onions', 'extra sauce' — as a free-text field or pre-set options. Everything lands clearly and unambiguously on the kitchen receipt.
Fast till processing on site
The integrated POS is optimised for speed: one tap per burger, combo groups expand automatically. Walk-in customers are served in under 90 seconds. Ideal for counter and take-away operations where waiting time directly affects customer satisfaction.
Your own loyalty programme instead of platform dependency
Every 10th burger free — digital stamp card in your app. Customers who order directly with you earn points; Lieferando customers do not. That gives regulars a real incentive to switch to your system. On average, customers in a loyalty programme order 2.3 times more frequently.
0% commission — full margin on every combo
You pay €99–279/month flat rate. With 300 orders at €18/month you pay €1,620 commission on Lieferando. GastroSystem costs €269/month — you keep €1,350 more. At a 12% gross margin that equals the net profit from 110 additional combo meals.
Cost example
A burger restaurant with 300 Lieferando orders per month and an average order value of €18 pays €1,620/month in commissions (30%). With the GastroSystem bundle you pay €269/month — saving over €1,350 per month. Add combo upsell: if 20% of customers take a larger portion for €1.50 more, monthly revenue grows by an additional €90 at 300 orders — purely from the menu builder feature.

Common questions for burger restaurants
Can I offer meal deals with a choice of side and drink?
Yes. A meal deal is made of steps: burger, side, drink, each from a choice. You set what's included in the price and what costs extra. One meal deal, one price.
Can I make doneness a required choice?
Yes. You set doneness as a required question. Without an answer, the burger doesn't go into the cart, neither in the shop nor at the till. It then shows up in black and white on the kitchen ticket.
Can guests build their own burger?
Yes. Extras like bacon or a double patty you set up with a surcharge, ingredients like onions your guest can leave out. That works in the shop, at the table by QR code, and at the till. Every surcharge calculates itself.
Does GastroSystem fit smash burger concepts and several brands?
Yes. Every brand can be its own location with its own shop, its own menu and its own design. You manage all of them with one login and switch at the top with one tap.
Can I stay on Lieferando alongside it?
Yes. You start your own shop alongside it and move your guests over step by step: a link in your Google profile, on the flyer, in the bag. Once enough order from you, you cancel the platform.
Is there a loyalty program?
Yes, with the Marketing module. Stamp card or points per euro, or both. Points are collected automatically on every completed order in your shop, and your guest sees the balance right there. Redeeming is one tap.
How fast does an order go at the counter?
Your best sellers sit on the first screen. Anyone who knows the numbers types them in. If an item has nothing to ask, it goes into the cart with one tap. If a guest is digging for their wallet, you park the receipt and serve the next one.
