Do I have to take all three products, or can I choose individual features?
You can start with the GastroSystem core package and add driver management and customer loyalty at any time. No obligation to take a full bundle. The packages are modular — you only pay for what you actively use.
How quickly can a new feature be set up?
Simple features such as stamp cards or vouchers are active in under 10 minutes — set the threshold, choose the reward, switch it on. More complex setups like shift planning for 20 drivers or franchise price overrides are covered in an onboarding call.
Is there an API for custom integrations?
Yes. GastroSystem offers a REST API for order creation, menu management and order status webhooks. For enterprise requirements (e.g. POS-ERP integration) please get in touch for an initial conversation.
