Connected to what you already use

GastroSystem connects to the tools your business already uses, instead of replacing them: Stripe or Mollie for payments, fiskaly for the legally required TSE, DSFinV-K and DATEV for audits and your accountant, Epson receipt printers for kitchen and counter. We only list here what actually runs today.

GastroSystem integrations connect your online shop and your till to your payment provider, your fiscal module, your bookkeeping and your receipt printers — without anyone having to build an interface for you.

Payments: Stripe or Mollie

You pick Stripe or Mollie and set the account up from inside the app. Your guests' money goes to your own account with that provider, not through us — we are never an intermediary and take no cut of the transaction. Which methods your shop offers is decided in the app, not in the provider's dashboard.

PayPal on three rails

You can connect PayPal with your own PayPal credentials, run it through Mollie, or run it through Stripe. The three settle and refund in different places, so GastroSystem keeps them apart: every order remembers which rail it was paid on.

Apple Pay and Google Pay

On Stripe, Apple Pay and Google Pay are not payment methods of their own but wallets layered on top of the card payment — they appear automatically on the devices that support them as soon as card payment is on. On Mollie they are methods in their own right that you switch on and off individually.

Card payment at the counter

At the till you accept cards with a reader paired to Stripe or Mollie. You can instead keep using the card terminal you already have from your bank: the till never sees the card, but it books the amount as its own payment type and keeps it apart from cash and online turnover in the daily closing and in the reports — it still settles through your bank.

Fiscal module: fiskaly

The technical security device German law requires runs on the fiskaly cloud TSE. There is nothing for you to set up and no key to enter: your TSE is created automatically with the till, and from then on every transaction is signed under § 146a AO. No USB stick, no hardware to maintain, nothing to replace after five years.

Bookkeeping: DSFinV-K and DATEV

Two exports for two readers. The DSFinV-K export is the complete archive a tax audit asks for: every receipt, every line, every signature, by month or by trading year. The DATEV booking batch is the condensed version for your tax adviser — one booking set per daily closing, with chart of accounts SKR03 or SKR04. You generate both in the dashboard and download them.

Receipt printing: Epson (ESC/POS)

GastroSystem prints on Epson TM-series receipt printers, connected over LAN, Bluetooth or USB. Several printers per location are expected — one at the counter, one in the kitchen — and you decide which receipt comes out where.

Frequently asked questions about integrations

What's all connected?

Stripe, Mollie and PayPal for payments, the cloud TSE from fiskaly, the DSFinV-K export for a Kassennachschau, the DATEV export for your accountant, Epson receipt printers from the TM series, and receipts as a PDF by email. This only lists what actually runs today.

Does this cost extra?

No. You pay nothing just because something is connected. Your payment provider bills their fees directly to you.

Do I have to choose between Stripe and Mollie?

No. Each payment type runs through exactly one provider, but you can connect both, for example card via Stripe and iDEAL via Mollie. PayPal runs via your own business account, via Mollie, or via Stripe.

Do I have to set up the TSE myself?

No. With the Till module, your cloud TSE from fiskaly is set up automatically and connected to your till. You don't type in any credentials and don't order any hardware.

Can I send DATEV exports straight to my accountant?

Yes. You create the file for a month or a year and send it on. It's built to be imported into DATEV, with SKR03 or SKR04. For a Kassennachschau, you use the DSFinV-K export.

Can I keep using my existing card terminal?

Yes. Your bank's terminal keeps running as before. At the till you tap "Card on own terminal", and the payment shows up in the close separately from cash and online payments. With a card reader from Stripe or a terminal from Mollie, the till sends the amount straight to the device.

Can I connect my own software to GastroSystem?

No. We don't offer an open access point for outside software.
