What's the difference to Lieferando?
Lieferando is a marketplace and takes up to 30 % commission per order. There, your guest is the platform's customer. With us, they order in your own shop: 0 % commission, name, phone number and order history land in your customer list, and you set the prices, delivery fees and minimum order values.
Can I keep using Lieferando alongside it?
Yes. Many start running both side by side and bring their regulars into their own shop step by step, for example with flyers out of the receipt printer that lead straight to you via QR code. When you drop the platform is your call.
Do my guests need an app?
No. Your shop runs in the browser on any phone, no download. Anyone who wants to can add it to their home screen like an app. Whether your guest needs a customer account or can just order is your call.
What order types are there?
Delivery, pickup and on-site orders. Plus pre-orders with time slots, with an optional limit per slot so the kitchen doesn't get overwhelmed.
How do I accept orders?
The tablet alerts you, you set the time and accept. The kitchen ticket prints, and your guest sees live how far along their food is. Hands full right now? Decide later, it asks again after 3 minutes. Or let one device accept automatically.
What do I do when the kitchen is full?
Hit pause. For everything, just delivery or just pickup, with an optional end time. The shop stops taking new orders until then.
What payment methods can I offer?
Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay via Stripe or Mollie, PayPal via your own business account, via Mollie or via Stripe, and cash. The money goes straight to your account with the provider. We don't take a cut.
Can I set a minimum order value and delivery fee?
Yes, per delivery zone. City centre €2 from €15, outer district €4.50 from €25, one particular street not at all. Your guest sees in the cart what applies to their address before they order.
What languages can my guests order in?
German, English, Turkish, Croatian, Polish and Persian.
Where is the customer data stored?
On Hetzner servers in Germany. The customer data belongs to you, not to us and not to a platform. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is available on request.
