Hardware
GastroSystem runs on the hardware you already own: tablet, receipt printer, card terminal. Whatever is missing you can rent here — as an add-on, not as part of the package.

Rental on a twelve-month term, replacement device included. Note that these are two separate contracts: the software is cancellable monthly, the device rental runs for twelve months. You can also buy the devices outright, which ends the tie-in.

Menu, prices, delivery areas and printers are yours to set up — the AI pulls the menu out of a photo or PDF. If you would rather not do it yourself, hand it to us.

0% commission — on every module
No matter how many orders you receive — you pay a fixed monthly price, never a per-order commission. At €10,000 monthly revenue you save up to €2,900 vs. percentage platform fees.
Frequently asked questions
Can I add modules later or switch them off again?
Yes. You start with the ordering system and add Delivery, Marketing, Till or Tables when you need them. Whatever you switch off, you stop paying for the following month.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — monthly cancellation, no minimum term. Only hardware rental runs for twelve months, and setup by us is optional — doing it yourself costs nothing, and an annual contract includes the service.
I'm still active on Lieferando. Can I still switch?
Yes. You can run GastroSystem in parallel with Lieferando and migrate gradually. You can pull your Lieferando regulars onto your own platform with targeted promotions.
