Calculation: commission × monthly revenue × 12. Rates from the Lieferando restaurant terms (April 2026): platform delivery up to 30 %, self-delivery approx. 13 %. GastroSystem is calculated at €269 per month incl. VAT and location — the package that contains delivery zones — plus payment fees of 1.5 % + €0.25 per order, which your payment provider bills you directly. With Lieferando those fees are inside the commission. Not included: the optional €1,490 setup service — charged only if we do the setup, and included on annual billing — and hardware. Actual terms may differ by contract.

Do I need to cancel my Lieferando contract?
No. You can use GastroSystem in parallel and gradually build up your direct orders. Many customers operate both channels.
