Do I need special hardware?

No. GastroSystem runs on any smartphone, tablet or computer with an internet connection. For receipt printing, we recommend an Epson thermal printer (Bluetooth or network). Hardware consultation is included.

Can I switch from Lieferando?

Yes, at any time. You can run GastroSystem alongside Lieferando and transition gradually. We'll help you migrate your menu.

Do my customers get their own app?

Your customers order through a web app with your branding — directly in the browser, no download required. It works on any smartphone.

How does driver management work?

Through our companion app fahrersystem.app. There you manage drivers, see GPS positions in real time and optimize delivery routes. The app is seamlessly integrated into GastroSystem.

Is there a contract commitment?

No. Cancel monthly. If you're not satisfied, simply cancel at the end of the month.

What happens to my customer data?

It belongs to you. All customer data, order histories and contact information stay with you. We don't sell data to third parties. GDPR compliant.

Do you support multiple locations?

Yes. You can manage as many locations as you want from one account — with separate menus, opening hours and staff.

How does menu management work?
