Anything that cannot be undone is marked as risky: deleting, and accepting or rejecting an order, because money is collected or refunded. So your assistant asks you first.
Till and tax office stay off limits
Your assistant cannot reach the till, Storno, TSE, DATEV, your payment settings or your staff at all.
Disconnect any time
Under Account › Connected apps you cut any connection with one tap. When someone leaves your team, their connection is gone at once.

Which AI assistants work?
Claude and ChatGPT. You connect GastroSystem right where you already work with your AI.
What is MCP?
MCP is the shared plug that lets AI apps like Claude talk to other programs. For you it means GastroSystem simply plugs in, no tinkering.
Can the assistant break something?
Only what you allow. If you only allow looking, it sees numbers and changes nothing. Deleting, and accepting or rejecting an order, are marked as risky so your assistant asks you first. It never gets near the till, TSE or your payment settings.
Does the AI see my guest data?
Not without your yes. Names, phone numbers and addresses stay hidden until you explicitly switch on guest data when you approve the connection.
How current are the answers?
Live. Your assistant checks your GastroSystem directly for every question, not a copy from yesterday.
I have several locations. Does that work?
Yes. Each connection covers exactly one location. You simply connect each location on its own.
Can I disconnect again?
Any time, in the app under Account › Connected apps. From that moment your assistant can no longer reach your data.
