Can I compare time periods?
Yes. Compare the current week with the previous week, the current month with the previous month, or any custom time ranges — with a percentage growth indicator.
Can I export reports?
Yes. Export reports as CSV for further processing in Excel or for your accountant. Z-reports can also be downloaded as PDF.
Are cancellations reflected in the dashboard?
Yes. Cancelled orders are listed separately and deducted from total revenue. You see cancellation count, cancellation value, and cancellation rate.
Can I use the dashboard on my phone?
Yes. The dashboard is fully integrated in the GastroSystem app — on iPad, iPhone, Android tablet, and in the web browser.

Can I analyse revenue per location?
Yes. In multi-location mode, you can filter by individual location or compare all locations in a single overview.
How up-to-date is the dashboard data?
Real-time. Every incoming order and payment is reflected in the dashboard immediately — no delay.
Can my accountant access the reports?
You can export reports and Z-reports as CSV or PDF and send them to your accountant by email. A direct accountant login is not currently available.
