How much does GastroSystem cost?
The digital menu is free. The ordering system is €99/month, the Delivery and Restaurant bundles are €269 each and the Pro bundle is €359 — all excl. VAT, per location. The full overview is on the pricing page.
Are there hidden costs?
No. The monthly price is the final price: no commission per order, no revenue share. Only setup and optional hardware are charged once — both are listed on the pricing page.
Do I pay commission per order?
No. 0 % commission — always. No matter how many orders you receive.
Is there a minimum contract term?
Yes, the minimum term is 12 months. After that, the contract is cancellable monthly.
Can I try GastroSystem for free?
Yes, in two ways: the free demo lets you click through a fully set-up sample restaurant with every feature. And the digital menu with QR code is free forever. The paid modules can be cancelled monthly.
What happens if I cancel?
After cancellation, you have access to your data for an export period. After that, your account is deactivated.
Is there a discount for annual payment?
Contact us for individual terms on annual prepayment.
Do I need special hardware?
No. GastroSystem runs on any tablet, smartphone, or desktop browser. You only need a receipt printer (optional).
Are updates included in the price?
Yes. All updates, new features, and improvements are included in the flat rate.
Is there a discount for multiple locations?
Yes. For multiple locations, we offer tiered pricing. Contact us for a custom quote.
How much does the App Store app cost?
App publication is included in the flat rate. You don't need your own developer account.
Are there transaction fees?
GastroSystem charges no transaction fees. Payment providers like PayPal or Stripe charge their usual fees.
