What happens if the TSE fails?
GastroSystem logs the failure. You can continue processing transactions — signatures are added retroactively once the TSE is available again.
Can I use a hardware TSE instead of the cloud one?
No. GastroSystem signs through the fiskaly cloud TSE and nothing else. Both routes would satisfy the law, but we support only one — and it needs no device at the tablet, no replacement to buy, and it is the provider that holds the certification.
TSE cost?
The cloud TSE is part of the till module and is not billed separately. What you need in receipt printers, tablets or a card reader comes on top.
What if TSE fails?
GastroSystem logs the outage. You can continue — signing catches up when TSE is back.
