How does the switch to GastroSystem work?

1. Schedule a demo. 2. Transfer your menu. 3. Configure settings (delivery zones, opening hours, payment methods). 4. Train your team. 5. Go live.

How long does the migration take?

Typically 3–7 days. Depending on the size of your menu and number of locations, it may be faster or slower.

Can I import my menu?

Yes. We support imports from common formats. Alternatively, we help you transfer the menu manually.

Do I have to cancel Lieferando immediately?

No. You can run GastroSystem alongside Lieferando and gradually shift orders.

What happens to my existing customers?

Customers who ordered via Lieferando are Lieferando customers. With your own system, you build your own customer base — with your own data.

Do I get help with setup?

Yes. Our team guides you through the entire setup: menu, printers, delivery zones, app design.

Can I keep using my existing POS system?

GastroSystem has its own POS. If you keep an external POS, GastroSystem runs as the ordering system alongside it.

Will I lose orders during migration?

No. The migration runs in parallel. You only go live when everything is set up and tested.

What if I'm not satisfied?

You can cancel monthly after the minimum contract term. During the trial period, there are no costs.

Do I have to honour my Lieferando contract?

Yes. Check your contract term with Lieferando. You can start GastroSystem in parallel and fully switch after your contract ends.
